The famous collection of Hadith by Imam Al Nawawi rahimahullah was chosen as the primary text. There are very few collections of short, educational Hadith that have become as famous as Imam Al Nawawi rahimahullah’s 40 Hadith.
The collection actually comprises a total of 42 Hadith which cover valuable aspects of everyday life.
Al Hidayah Centre identified the need and enlisted a Xhosa speaking Aalim to undertake the translation.
